Production Information

Hidrolift is formed of independent units in consideration of production quantities, dimensions and industries. The main purpose of this is to create dynamic structures that can move and react faster to customer demands, instead of being large, lumbering and sluggish.

This unique approach has allowed Hidrolift to establish long-term relationships with its customers and expand its portfolio every passing day.

A brief look at the halls:

1st Hall

This is the hall where Tractor Steering Cylinders are produced. It serves the automotive industry. Its production capacity is 30,000 units/year. The cylinders coming out of this line are directly attached to the tractors by the customers without being subjected to any control process.

Since they are safety parts, they are subjected to special tests in Life Cycle Testing devices simulating tractor conditions and designed by Hidrolift in order to verify products and provide consistent safety.

2nd Hall

This is the hall used for industrial cylinder production and repair-maintenance. Its approximate production capacity is 5000 units/year.

3rd Hall

This hall has been organized mostly for large-scale and low-quantity cylinder production with custom processes. Its production capacity is 5000 units/year.

Primary industries served:

  • Iron & Steel Industry
  • Shipping Industry
  • Dam Industry
  • Pressing Industry
  • Cement Industry
  • Other industries with similar sizes, quantities and processes.

As for measurement limits;

  • 1000 mm inner diameter and 8000 mm length
  • 600 mm inner diameter and 15000 mm length

The scales above represent production capability.

4th Hall

This section, defined as Serial Lines, has been organized to meet high quantity cylinder demands up to 200 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length.

Primary industries served:

  • Trailer Manufacturers
  • Construction Equipment Manufacturers
  • Mining Sector
  • Other industries with similar sizes, quantities and processes.

Its production capacity is 25,000 units/year.

5th Hall

This hall is used as a stock area for raw materials.

6th Hall

This hall is used for sandblasting, surface treatment, coating and packaging processes.
