Pneumatic Cylinders

Pneumatic cylinders are pneumatic circuit elements that convert pressurized air energy into linear motion energy. They have certain advantages and disadvantages compared to hydraulic cylinders. Since air is used as the fluid, they are advantageous compared to hydraulic cylinders in terms of economy, cleanliness and safety. The disadvantage of pneumatic cylinders is that a great force cannot be obtained and precise motion control is difficult compared to hydraulic cylinders.

Pneumatic cylinders have a wide range of uses. They are frequently used in automation systems and industrial production.

The main area of expertise of Hidrolift is hydraulic cylinders, but it also manufactures industrial-type pneumatic cylinders. It produces custom pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic dampers, especially for the iron & steel and cement industries.
