Dimensions and precision of produced cylinders and precise quality approach of HIDROLIFT preclude use of sub-industry. This fact forces the problem to be solved within the plant with new investments. It is clear that an investment decision given in order to be able to compete brings many new investments and problems together. The most astonishing example to that is our Paint Shop investment. We decided to build a paint shop that can provide 1000 hours salt test guarantee in order to satisfy the demand of a precious European customer of us in 2008. Primarily there was the need for closing the area, a special sandblasting machine for pre dye treatment processes, qualified staff to operate this system and lifting / conveyor cranes. All these additional investments and expenses almost doubled the amount of the initial investment.
Result:
- We did not give up, the investment was finalized thoroughly. Now it is the only firm that can provide 1000 hours salt test guarantee on wet to wet dye in Ankara.
- A RYAZAN lathe machine that can process material with a length of 6 meters and a diameter of 1500 mm that will meet the needs of our iron and steel producer customers as well as a big machining center was purchased in 2009.
- It was determined to buy 4 new CNC machines. 2 of them are CNC vertical machining center and 2 of them are machines with C axis.
- Orders and advance payments regarding machines were made. These machines will be engaged on March and June of 2011.
